MEXICAN HOT CHOCOLATE PIE!!!
People have been going crazy for these INSANE CHURRO cookies we teamed up with B Real to make. We thought we would take it up another level by making the cookies into a churro crust for a MEXICAN CHOCOLATE PIE. It's a cream pie with the spicy cinnamon that makes Mexican Hot Chocolate so delicious with a marshmallow cream sauce that makes for one delicious dessert.
To make the crust, use a fork to crumble 10 INSANE CHURRO mini cookies up into a pie dish.
Add two tablespoons of melted butter and incorporate into the crumbs and bake for 10 minutes at 250 degrees.
Mexican Hot Chocolate Filling
For this delicious creamy pie filling, we used chocolate pudding that you prepare on the stove. Mixing in the chocolate pudding to 3 cups of milk, we also added two discs of Mexican Hot Chocolate stirring until melted over medium heat, continue to stir until it boils and remove from heat allowing to cool and thicken.
Marshmallow Cream Sauce
What's hot chocolate without some marshmallows? This optional topping for the pie is simple. You just add two tablespoons of water and a teaspoon of white sugar to a pan and heat over medium adding two cups of marshmallow and stirring until the melt and become a sauce consistency.

10 INSANE CHURRO mini cookies
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 package of Chocolate Pudding
2 discs of Ibarra Mexican Hot Chocolate
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 tablespoons water
2 cups marshmallows
