Big Pete's Treats Launches Sour Belts: Fast-Acting Live Rosin Gummies for Adults 21+
Updated: Oct 2
Santa Cruz, California, April 2026. Big Pete's Treats, a family-owned cannabis edibles brand from Santa Cruz, today announced Big Pete's Sour Belts, a new line of cannabis-infused gummy belts made with fast-acting Live Rosin. Sour Belts come in two flavors, Sour Blue Raspberry (Sativa) and Sour Watermelon (Indica), and are made for adults 21 and older.
What's in the bag
Each bag contains 2 belts at 50mg THC each, for 100mg THC per package. Every belt is scored into five 10mg pieces so adults can measure a consistent serving. New to edibles? Start with one 10mg piece and wait at least 2 hours before having more.
Made with Live Rosin
Live Rosin is a solventless cannabis extract that keeps more of the plant's original terpene profile. Big Pete's fast-acting formulation is designed for a quicker onset than traditional edibles. Effects vary from person to person.
Two flavors
Sour Blue Raspberry (Sativa): bright, tart blue raspberry flavor.
Sour Watermelon (Indica): juicy watermelon flavor with a tart finish.
"Sour Belts bring what people already trust from our cookies and cannabutter, consistent dosing and real flavor, into a new format," said Anthony Gonzales, Director of Sales and Marketing at Big Pete's Treats. "Live Rosin gives adult consumers a premium, solventless option, and the scored belts make it easy to stick to a serving that's right for them."
Pete Feurtado Jr., CEO of Big Pete's Treats, added, "We've always believed a great edible starts with great ingredients and careful dosing. Sour Belts are made in Santa Cruz with the same standards our family has followed from the start."

Big Pete's Sour Belts are rolling out to licensed California cannabis retailers. Find a store near you at bigpetestreats.com/store-locator.
For use only by adults 21 and older. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Cannabis can impair concentration, coordination and judgment. Big Pete's Treats license DCC-10002397.

Having seven distinct modules with TOML examples makes the configuration side much less guesswork than a generic plugin system. The combined use cases are especially relevant since most real setups mix several modules together. The Hands module setup guide is worth reading if you want to see how the pieces fit before writing your own config.
